Cyril Courrée, Product Manager at SherWeb, said the company wanted to offer a CRM solution that would be easier for its small business clients to set up and use.

For example, Dynamics 365 can cost up to $200 a user each month (depending on the plan), compared with about $20 a month for Nimble CRM. Businesses use CRM systems to store customer and prospect data in one central location. The CRM also tracks customer interactions and sales opportunities and shares this information with all employees on a central dashboard.
