Highlights of Sherweb’s special broadcast included the organization’s increased emphasis on customer centricity, priorities for expanding its cybersecurity stack and capabilities, and continued expansion of solutions available through Sherweb’s dynamic cloud marketplace.
More specifically, Sherweb announced C2 MSP, an ITSM cloud solution developed for IT professionals to save time and increase productivity by centralizing all their needs in one simple-to-use tool. Sherweb executives also emphasized the company’s increased focus on support and helpdesk capabilities—in part powered by its acquisition of GMS earlier this year—and ongoing efforts to guide channel partners through the Microsoft ecosystem, including the rollout of Microsoft’s New Commerce Experience.
