The Personal Data collected from a Customer during the registration process is used to manage the customer’s account. Unless otherwise stated or under special circumstances, this Personal Data is not shared with third parties. However, in cases where Sherweb and a Partner (as defined in the Partner Master Service Agreement) are jointly promoting Services, Sherweb can provide the Partner with certain Personal Data, such as the names, addresses, and usernames of individuals who subscribe to the Services, solely to allow Sherweb and the Partner to evaluate the promotion results. In such cases, the Partner will not use the Personal Data for any other purpose. Sherweb can also generate, aggregate and anonymize profiles from the Personal Data provided by Customers during registration (for instance, the total number of clients, excluding their names). As detailed below, we can use this aggregated and anonymous data to sell advertisements displayed on our Website or on other sites.
